Hey Fellow Ijokesters,

I am looking to write with the some really funny guys / gals. I want to write a feature in the style of "Spies like Us" just silly funny goofy.

I'm a professional comedian and written mostly comedy series and features. But this project takes a special kind of comedian & comedy writer. So if your interested email me and we can talk more about the general concept.

Also, I am only interested in working with people local to the LA area. I have done distant writing before but to make something really funny, I find it better to brainstorm in person. So on this project I'm only looking for local writers.

What I want to create is a Monty Python type group of people 4-5 people including myself; I would hope this group word work together on project after project, I am really looking for people who I can write with for years. I figure bring really funny people together and great things will happen.

I have had some great responses from this post and I decided to hold the first meeting this Friday at 12pm, email me for details as to the location etc.

If you can make it to the first meeting please bring with you three ideas of possible features or series that you would like to work on. We will be discussing everyones ideas... these ideas do not have to be related to the idea to the "Spies like Us" idea.
