first opened in the fall of 2006, the improv comedy club welcomed the cream of the comedy crop to its stage. the clubs’ founder budd friedman, scoured the nation for the best and funniest comics to showcase their talents. as word spread throughout the coachella valley, the improv comedy club became an instant hit with desert visitors and locals alike, providing plenty of laughter along the way.

the 3rd season of the improv comedy club kicks off at fantasy springs resort casino on friday january 16th at 8pm. its your chance to get up close and personal with veteran headline comedians from comedy central, hbo and nbc’s “last comic standing” as well as up and coming comic talent. in 2008, the improv comedy club at fantasy springs resort casino welcomed a stellar lineup of comedians including bob zany, “last comic standing winner” dat phan, wendy liebman, jeremy hotz, scott record, todd glass, ty barnett and willie barcena.
