That's why no under the age of 14 is allowed to join Budd's Club and, therefore, cannot upload an iJoke. Period. And, at iJoke.tv, we go even further. We understand that some iJokes will contain unacceptable words or content even for some adults. That's why we established the Blue Room. A place on the iJoke.tv site that requires anyone who enters to be 18 years or older.

REMEMBER, they always have your best interests at heart.
REMEMBER, iJoke.tv uploads and your MYiJoke page are part of a worldwide community and just like not everybody you meet at school, the park or the mall is trustworthy, the same is true for the Internet.
DON'T lie about your age. If iJoke discovers you're under 14 we will immediately delete you from the system. The same is true if you are under 18 and enter the Blue Room.
DON'T leave information that will expose you to any danger like your home address, phone number, etc. And, if someone does anything to make you uncomfortable TELL your parents immediately.
DON'T post an iJoke that might lead someone to you or expose a friend to danger. This information might include an iJoke that is shot in front of your house, at an after school hangout or with the license plate of a car you drive in visable.
DON'T meet with another iJoke or Budd's Club member alone that you don't know personally. If you really want to meet someone DON'T do it without a parent or trusted Adult present.
DON'T say or do anything that would embarrass you, your family, or friends either on any iJoke you submit or while in Budd's Club.
DON'T upload an iJoke with nudity, graphic violence or vulgarity. iJoke will not even consider posting it unless you are over the age of 18 and, then, only in our adults only section, The Blue Room.
DON'T be fooled if someone contacts you pretending to be from iJoke.tv or Budd's Club. If in doubt, you can always send a message to us at http://209.250.239.211/administrator@ijoke.tv
CONSIDER making your MYiJoke page only accessible to your iJoke Posse. That way you and your parents can monitor who has access to your profile and information.
PARENTS, EVEN IF YOU LOVE TELLING LAME JOKES TO EMBARRASS YOUR KID...
PLEASE regularly monitor your child's use of iJoke.tv and iJoke.tv's Budd's Club web site.
PLEASE go on the site yourself and become familiar with all the features at iJoke.tv and Budd's Club.
PLEASE go over all the above safety tips with your kid.
PLEASE report anything illegal to iJoke or the authorities.
